The surgery itself is situated in one of the most beautiful locations in the area with a generous car park that is never so full that a patient cannot find a space. The staff on the reception desk are friendly, and unlike a lot of GP surgeries these days they understand that they don't need to know the precise reason for your visit before issuing an appointment. Only once in three years have I had to wait more than a week for an appointment and when it has been truly urgent the doctor has made time to see me, even scheduling an appointment outside of normal hours. At this surgery the staff are willing to go above and beyond and I honestly don't think I could find a single fault or petty gripe if I tried. This surgery, and its staff, are a credit to the NHS and the wider medical profession.
